As someone who loves to travel for food, here are 8 that should be on your list of places to eat in 2024!
Por Siempre Vegan Taqueria - Mexico City
Delicious tacos and salsas at Por Siempre - Photo by Vegan Ventures
Going to Mexico City has always been a dream of mine but what I didn’t anticipate was getting to enjoy the best vegan tacos I’ve ever had. Por Siempre Vegana Taqueria has two locations in the Roma Norte neighborhood and they’re cooking up classic tacos, gringos, and tortas. Their tacos brought me back to the tacos I would enjoy visiting family in Tijuana growing up. With double corn tortillas and having fillings like bistek and al pastor that are topped with freshly cut cilantro and onions. These tacos were so good, I went two days in a row!
