8 of My Best Worldwide Vegan Eats of 2023!

2023 was a year of travel with having gone to 7 countries and over 20 cities both nationally and internationally. I got to explore the vegan scene in multiple places and there were a few that really stood out. Where having the first bite left me wanting to savor every moment. As someone who loves to travel for food, here are 8 that should be on your list of places to eat in 2024!

Por Siempre Vegan Taqueria - Mexico City

Going to Mexico City has always been a dream of mine but what I didn’t anticipate was getting to enjoy the best vegan tacos I’ve ever had. Por Siempre Vegana Taqueria has two locations in the Roma Norte neighborhood and they’re cooking up classic tacos, gringos, and tortas. Their tacos brought me back to the tacos I would enjoy visiting family in Tijuana growing up. With double corn tortillas and having fillings like bistek and al pastor that are topped with freshly cut cilantro and onions. These tacos were so good, I went two days in a row!

An affordable dish you can easily take on the go and is a must try!
