Description: Carina Comer, owner of Carina’s Bakery is inviting you to the bakery for a unique, cooking class event. You’ll get to learn from Carina herself while learning how to make some delicious and intricate Scandinavian desserts.
You’ll learn to make:
Bernhardt Cookies (aka chocolate biscuits. A multi-layer cookie covered in chocolate)
Lemon lavender medaljer (medallion cookies)
The third treat is a special surprise!
The class will be dairy free, egg free, and soy free, with mostly if not all gluten-free recipes.
-There will be drinks for you to enjoy
-You’ll get to take home a packet with all the recipes so you can make these desserts at home!
Price: $99 per person plus a 3% booking fee

About Carina Comer:
Carina was born in Connecticut with a family heritage that is from Sweden and Ireland. Carina pays homage to her heritage through her baking, which she started at a young age. Over the years, she has built her business that shares with people the deliciousness of Scandinavian desserts and dishes that are all vegan and provides gluten-free options.
Carina is legally blind and has created a workplace that is accessible and available for people with disabilities. She is proof that her story is possible and is an inspiration.
