The new vegan egg, YoEgg is taking over the country by storm. This revolutionary egg is the world’s first plant-based egg and has 0% cholesterol. It is meant for those that miss that runny yoke and is available as a poached or sunny side up egg. So you can make your favorite breakfast dishes like an eggs benedict, huevos rancheros and even make epic egg sandwiches!
They’re currently in a few, select stores in the U.S. but are mainly in restaurants in many more cities! They are unfortunately, not available for sale online at this time of writing. If you’re in Portland, Oregon and want to give these incredible vegan eggs a try, here’s where to find them. There’s only 2 locations so far:

This all vegan food cart on SE Belmont that sells the best vegan breakfast sandwiches is now serving YoEgg! You can substitute any of their sandwiches for a YoEgg instead of the vegan egg patty and look out for specials that feature the new YoEgg!

The Portland classic that serves your favorite vegan bbq is now offering dishes on their weekend brunch menu with YoEgg! Think classic breakfast dishes that also include their famous vegan ribs with a sunny side yoke and more brunch specials!
